Evangel Academy Daycare/Pre-School

Registering your child does not commit you to attend.  It adds you to our waiting list and when an opening is available, our staff will contact you and take next steps.

We provide nurturing care and early education for children from newborn through Pre-K 4. 
We welcome children of all races, colors, nationalities, and ethnic origins who align with our mission and educational values.

Registration Fee:
An invoice for a $200 registration fee for new students will be emailed upon acceptance into the program. Your child’s spot is not reserved until the registration fee is paid in full. Registration refunds will only be made if the family moves out of the area prior to child attending.

*Tuition fees are not based on attendance but rather your child's spot in Evangel Academy.

PRESCHOOL INFORMATION
3 yrs (potty-trained)-4 yrs

*We do request children arrive by 8am to assist teachers in following daily schedules. 

• Drop off begins at 7 AM
  Instructional Day: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

*Instruction begins promptly at 8:00 AM.

Preschool Requirements:

• Child must be age 3 or 4 by September 1 of the current school year.
• Must be fully potty-trained before enrollment.
  • Pre-K 3: Independence in toileting is expected (wiping, dressing, etc.). Some grace is given during transition; however, after three accidents, a parent meeting
    may be scheduled. If accidents persist, parents will be called to change the child
  •   Pre-K 4: Full toileting independence is strictly required.
• Up-to-date immunizations with Florida DH 680 form or DH 681 Religious Exemption.
• Valid Florida health physical (DH 3040).
• Copy of birth certificate.

Parent Responsibilities:

• Daily: Lunch, two snacks, refillable water bottle.

• Supplies:

• Two seasonally appropriate change-of-clothes sets (labeled in zip-lock bag).
• Sweater or light jacket.
•  2-inch-thick nap mat (required by State).
• Blanket (taken home and washed every Friday).
• XLarge, labeled zip-lock bag for nap sac storage (zip-lock bag can be purchased
  from Evangel for $5).
• Classroom supplies (list provided. PLEASE DO NOT LABEL THESE ITEMS).

Preschool Tuition Rates:

No annual registration fee

• 10 Month/40 Weeks Instructional Tuition $6,600 
(8:00 AM-3:30 PM)

Payment Options:

• Weekly (40 payments) $165
• Bi-Monthly (20 payments) $330
• Monthly (10 payments) $660

• Late Stay (3:30 PM-5:30 PM): $30 per week (not available as a day-to-day option)

• Summer Care available as well. Same format as school year.

DAYCARE INFORMATION

Daycare Requirements:

• Be current on all state-required vaccinations before attending. 
• A copy of the student’s Florida shot record must be provided, or a Religious Exemption Form.
• Provide proof of Florida health physical.
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Lunch & 2 Snacks (microwave available)
•  Infants: Extra change of clothes, bottles, diapers, wipes (each week), pacifier (if used), all formula/food.
• Toddler Rooms: Extra change of clothes (socks included), diapers, wipes (each week), pacifier (if used), 2 inch thick nap mat & blanket (nap mat), refillable water bottle. No bottles please. 
• Provide items listed on Classroom Supply List
